Our Promise
At Kindness & Cool, we stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags still attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@kindnessandcool.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (for US customers). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and note the exchange item in your email. If the requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kindnessandcool.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
