Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events) processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): FREE on orders over $75 / $5.99 on orders under $75
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard International (10–21 business days): from $14.99
- Expedited International (5–10 business days): from $29.99
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website or through your account on kindnessandcool.com.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address
